Rental Rules
*We start taking reservations on the 1st business day of the year you are looking to rent. Rentals are first come first served. Certain times of the year book fast, so we advise that as soon as you know dates that you give us a call.
*Rentals are based on the number of people that you need to sleep. Year, make, model and features of our rentals vary and are not guaranteed. Our rentals are used units. We DO NOT rent new units.
*Deposits are required to hold your reservation. For travel trailers, deposit is $100. For pop up campers, deposit is $50. This deposit is in addition to your rental price. After you pick your rental unit up, this deposit is a damage/cleaning fee deposit. When you return rental unit clean and no damage that was not there when you took unit, your deposit will be refunded to you approximately 2 weeks later. There are instances, depending on condition trailer is returned, that you might still owe us for cleaning or any damage that happened while in your possession. All card transactions are charged a 3% fee.
*Just like hotel/motels with check in and check out, we have certain pick up/bring back times. Ours is Noon. You can pick up at Noon and after and on your return day it is due back by Noon. If you are looking to pick up the day before you plan to depart or bring back a day after you return home, there is an additional day charge.
*NO REFUNDS for early rental returns. Rentals are due back by Noon or before on day agreed upon on rental sheet.
*Holiday weeks or weekends are $35 additional
*Insurance-We recommend calling your insurance company to see if they offer temporary coverage for the trailer while it is in your possession. We do not offer any coverage and you are financially responsible for any costs that are over your deposit amount.
*We DO NOT allow pets or smoking in our rental units. It is difficult to remove odors in the fabrics. If we detect that pets or smoking were in our unit, it will forfeit your deposit, plus additional charges if needed.
*Please do not put stickers or signs on the camper. Doing so will forfeit your deposit.
*When returning your rental unit, please double check that you are returning the power adapters, power cord and keys. Please leave keys inside trailer on counter and door unlocked.
*You are responsible for cleaning the unit before returning it to our lot. We EXPECT stove, sink, countertops, tables, refrigerator, beds, couches, toilets, and bath all to be clean. All floors swept and mopped. Failure to do so will result in deposit not refunded. PLEASE REMEMBER - THE END OF YOUR CAMPING EXPERIENCE IS THE BEGINNING OF SOMEONE ELSE'S. Turn around time during peak season and holidays are very short.
*We have a $10 dump fee due at trailer pick up. If you will not be hooked up to sewer and do not want to stop at dump station on your way home, we will dump the black and grey tanks for you.
*Visually check trailer tires every time before you leave to pull the trailer. If you have any tire problems and need to replace one, KEEP DAMAGED TIRE to return to us. If you need to purchase tire, buy one that is as comparable as possible and bring back all transaction receipts for reimbursement consideration.
*If any camper issue arises for which you need outside services, please call our office at 260-489-9811 during normal business hours. If after normal hours, please leave clear voicemail with your name and phone number and we will call you as soon as we can.
*When traveling, there are certain highways with tolls but no toll booths. These places take a picture of the license plate as you pass and mail a toll bill. The plate they will photograph is ours on the back of the trailer and bill is sent to us. You will be responsible for any toll fee's incurred during your time of rental.
***In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, the following refund policy will apply***
2 weeks or more before your reservation, you will receive 100% of your deposit back
1 week before your reservation, you will receive 50% of your deposit back
Less than 1 week before your reservation, you will not receive any of your deposit back
*A service charge is applied to EVERY deposit when refunding a cancellation.

*All travel trailers are self contained with bathroom facilities, kitchens with sink, propane cooktops w/ 20# filled tank, refrigerators, air conditioning, and furnaces.
*We do not provide anything other than the camper and items for it to function. You will need to provide bedding, kitchen cookware, utensils and dishes, and anything else that you will need for your camping experience.
Weekend Rental runs $320 - $420 plus tax and deposit
Week Rental runs $525 - $675 plus tax and deposit
Each day added runs $85 - $95

*We do not provide anything other than the camper and items for it to function. You will need to provide bedding, kitchen cookware, utensils and dishes, and anything else that you will need for your camping experience.
We do not deliver rentals. We are a small family business with few employees and time does not allow for it.
